Some folks dream of reaching for the stars, and what better way to do so is there than getting closer to them? John F. Kennedy, in his Rice Stadium Moon Speech, compared going into space to scaling the highest mountain peak. And people have been fascinated with reaching the top probably as long as there have been people and mountains. There’s one big catch, though. Many have died trying to scale the world’s highest peaks, all of which are in the Himalayas in Asia. Though people continue to try and are successful, you must have an odd personality trait to try.
